Eduardo Dhelomme
1922, Araraquara, SP. A study trip to France at the end of the fifties decade, where he made profound studies of sculpture, attending the Academie du Feu and the Louvre Museum School. On returning to Brazil, he went to live in Rio de Janeiro. Flávio de Aquino said about his painting: 'Inconformism or unhappiness have a logical way, extremely valid or make themselves represented in the manner. By gestural art, where what comes from inside, the unreflective without being romantic, but absolutely expressionist, gushes out like the sound of the brass instruments in a symphony'.
